The challenge
Vertex had validated demand for an analytics tool but only had spreadsheets and a deck. They needed a real, multi-tenant SaaS — with auth, billing, dashboards and a backend that could scale — fast enough to capture a closing market window.
What we did
We designed the data model and cloud architecture for scale on day one, then ran two-week sprints with working demos. Automated tests, CI/CD and observability were part of the build from the start, so every release stayed boring and safe.
The outcome
The platform went from whiteboard to production in eight weeks and now serves over 12,000 users at 99.9% uptime. Vertex closed its market window and raised its next round on the back of a live, scaling product.
